We are committed to delivering high-quality, reliable data, supported by our in-house geotechnical laboratory, where soil and rock samples are tested with strict quality controls. To further strengthen our standards, we are in the process of obtaining KAN Accreditation (ISO 17025:2017), demonstrating our alignment with international best practices.

Scope of Services
GeoSynergy Solution provides specialized consultancy services focused on the mining, oil & gas, and construction industries, with core expertise in geotechnical, hydrological, and environmental fields. GeoSynergy is also recognized as the sole distributor and authorized applicator of advanced groundwater instrumentation in Indonesia, representing Heron Instruments Inc. (Canada).
Mining Services
Mining and infrastructure projects require an integrated approach involving several technical disciplines: Exploration, Open Pit Mining, Geotechnical Engineering, Environmental Management, Water Well Systems, and Geochemistry.
The process begins with Exploration, identifying mineral resources through mapping, sampling, and drilling. If viable, Open Pit Mining is used for near-surface deposits, designed for safe and efficient ore extraction.
Oil & Gas Services
Our services include site investigation for jack-up rigs, platforms, and pipeline alignment to ensure soil and seabed conditions meet safety and operational standards. We offer foundation engineering for stable and reliable structural support, and driveability studies to assess pile driving feasibility and performance. Technical reviews of offshore cable and pipeline laying are conducted to ensure installation efficiency and integrity. Additionally, we carry out environmental reviews to minimize ecological impact and provide ground survey and topography mapping to support accurate planning and execution of projects.
Construction Services
Our construction services cover comprehensive site investigations for buildings, bridges, dams, roads, and plants to assess subsurface conditions. We offer foundation engineering to ensure safe structural support and slope stability assessments to prevent failures on inclined surfaces. Our surveying services provide accurate land measurements, while soil improvement techniques enhance ground conditions. We also conduct road and highway alignment reviews to optimize route efficiency and safety, along with embankment and landfill assessments to ensure stability and environmental compliance.

Exta Hadisetyanti. B.Eng
Exta is a senior geotechnical consultant with 17 years of experience specializing in soil and rock laboratory testing. She has a strong background in earthwork construction and open-pit mining, particularly for nickel laterite and coal commodities. Exta possesses excellent skills in quality control and quality assurance of laboratory data and has demonstrated significant growth in conducting field investigations and in-situ testing.
Andre IE, B.Eng, M.Eng, M. Engineers Australia
Andre is the director of Geosynergy Solution. Obtaining his postgraduate degree in Engineering Science from Monash University, Australia, he is an environmental consultant with over 15 years experience in the region of Australia and Indonesia. He has been involved in Phase II and III of large scale contaminated soil and groundwater projects while working in Melbourne. He was also the process engineer for a Groundwater Extraction System (GWES) on one of the sites there. He has managed and conducted Phase I and II Soil and Groundwater Investigation Studies and Environmental Impact Assessment for several manufacturing facilities and oil & gas companies in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Alexander Dian, B.Eng, M.AusIMM, M.ISSGE
Alexander Dian is an experienced geotechnical engineer with 17 years’ experience in geotechnical and geological engineering for the civil facilities, mining and offshore oil & gas industries. His experience covers site investigation, geotechnical mapping, geotechnical and tunnelling instrumentation, insitu testing, geohazard surveys, geotechnical design for open pit, mining infrastructure, dams, deep foundation design and review, pipeline routes, offshore structures and jetties. Alexander Dian has geotechnical and geological experience in coal, laterite nickel, gold and copper, as well as offshore marine sediments, at various locations across Indonesia, Southeast Asia, Australia and the Middle East.
