Exta is a senior geotechnical consultant with over 17 years of experience in soil and rock laboratory testing. She has strong expertise in earthwork construction and open-pit mining for nickel laterite and coal projects. Furthermore, she excels in quality control and assurance of laboratory data, supported by extensive experience in field investigations and in-situ testing.
Andre IE, B.Eng, M.Eng, M. Engineers Australia
Andre serves as the director of GeoSynergy Solution. Holding a postgraduate degree in Engineering Science from Monash University, Australia, he has more than 15 years of environmental consulting experience in both Australia and Indonesia. His experience includes contaminated soil and groundwater remediation projects, groundwater extraction systems, and environmental impact assessments for major oil & gas clients.
Alexander Dian, B.Eng, M.AusIMM, M.ISSGE
Alexander Dian is a geotechnical engineer with 17 years of experience across civil, mining, and offshore projects. His expertise spans site investigation, tunneling, instrumentation, slope design, geohazard surveys, and foundation design for major infrastructure. In addition, his experience covers a wide range of materials — from coal and laterite nickel to offshore marine sediments — across Indonesia, Southeast Asia, Australia, and the Middle East.
