"This certificate formally acknowledges that Exta Hadisetyanti has been assessed and declared competent in the field of Construction Services, with a professional qualification as an Associate Geotechnical Expert (Ahli Madya Geoteknik). Issued by the Geoteknik Indonesia Professional Certification Agency (LSP Geoteknik Indonesia) under the authority of the Indonesia Professional Certification Authority (BNSP), this certificate signifies Level 8 competency in the Geotechnical and Foundation (Geoteknik dan Pondasi) sub-classification of Civil Engineering (Sipil). The certificate, registered under number 74321 2142.99 8 00000237 2024, was enacted in Jakarta on August 28, 2024, and is valid for five (5) years. Verification of the certificate and its details can be conducted through the Integrated Construction Services Information System using the embedded QR code and registration number."

1.  Client The client submits a request and provides samples for testing.

2. Laboratory Samples are received and prepared for testing.

3. Testing Samples are tested according to ASTM/BS standards by lab technicians.

4. QC (Quality Control) Test results are reviewed by the Quality Control team to ensure accuracy.

5. Report Final test reports are prepared and delivered to the client.
