- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, or Geological Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in hydrology; experience in mining is a plus.
- Hydrology Skills: Proficient in HEC-RAS modeling, hydrology simulations, water quality and flow analysis.
- Technical Expertise: Groundwater modeling (MODFLOW), flood mitigation planning, reservoir & irrigation systems evaluation.
- Project Management: Strong planning, scheduling, and financial/budget management skills for water-related projects.
- Communication: Ability to communicate complex technical findings clearly to stakeholders and non-specialist audience.
- Business Development: 3–5 years experience in client relationships, lead generation, sales forecasting, and closing deals.
- Leadership: Proven experience in managing teams, mentoring staff, and leading engineering operations.
