Education

Minimum SMA/SMK/D3/S1 from a related field.

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Able to organize, manage, and maintain administrative documents in a structured and systematic manner.

Non-Technical Skills

  • Organization & Time Management: Capable of handling multiple tasks and working efficiently.

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interaction with internal teams, clients, and external partners.

  • Attention to Detail: Highly accurate in handling data, documents, and reporting.

  • Problem-Solving: Able to identify issues, analyze situations, and provide effective solutions.

Experience & Additional Requirements

  • Experience in administration, finance, or warehouse operations is an advantage.

  • Honest, responsible, reliable, loyal, and capable of working under pressure.

  • Administrative certification such as BNSP is considered a plus.
