Senior Geotechnical Engineer
PT Geo Sinergi Utama – GeoSynergy Solution is seeking an experienced and highly motivated professional to join our team as a Senior Geotechnical Engineer. This is an opportunity to contribute to geotechnical design, technical analysis, project management, and field operations across Indonesia.

Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering, preferably with a specialization in Geotechnical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience as a Senior Engineer in a related field.
- Available to work full-time and be based in Jakarta.
- Experience in the mining industry, including coal, nickel laterite, or gold, and/or the oil and gas industry (onshore and/or nearshore) is preferred.
- Willing and able to travel to project sites throughout Indonesia.
Technical Software
- Rocscience Slide or equivalent slope stability software.
- GeoStudio SLOPE/W and PLAXIS.
- APILE or equivalent foundation analysis software.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare geotechnical design bases and slope stability analyses using Rocscience Slide, GeoStudio SLOPE/W, PLAXIS, or equivalent software.
- Perform foundation analyses using APILE or similar software.
- Develop geotechnical design specifications and technical standards.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and technical proposals.
- Coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary teams, particularly in Civil Engineering, Mining, and Oil & Gas.
- Supervise and provide technical guidance to junior geotechnical engineers.
- Conduct site visits and support project activities across Indonesia.
- Manage geotechnical studies and project operations.
